hi! i m new to CC and have been adoring these cakes which have the zebra cut outs of fondant..i wonder if is there any tool or cutter to get this zebra effect.

I just did a zebra print last month...you really just randomly cut the strips out of black fondant and place them on the cake that is already covered in white fondant. aine2 here on CC has a great zebra stripe tutorial on youtube. I don't know how to get the link but she is easy to find!

Yes, you just basically cut them randomly.
