How much is the big bucket of costco icing? Thanks!

Costco doesn't sell their icing. I've asked.

I've seen people post that Sam's Club sells buckets of icing, but I don't have a membership there so I cannot be sure.

Sam's sells - both their whipped (Rich's Bettercreme) and their Buttercream.
