I have a wedding for about 350 this fall. Bride wants 5-tier, these sizes.

6,8,10,12,14 = 208

I need to make up the rest as satellites, but I really don't want to make a million of them, to equal another 140+ servings...

Does anyone have an idea of sizes (amounts) that would work? They are going to be arranged around the cake, and the bride doesn't care as long as it's nicely done.

Thank you.

YOu can make (4) 10" rounds. That would give you 152. Check out this cake I did. You can do something similar.

A fourth cake is behind the tiered one.

Another option would be to do six 8" rounds and put then underneath the 5-tier monster. LIke this:

No prob! That's what we are here for. Oh, and on the Amazing cakes ones, she put, what looked like, a piece of styrofoam in the middle - underneath the main cake - so that was the support.
