I have some 100% chocolate that I mixed with candy melts to cover my cake bites, but my cake bites are too gooey.
Can I store the chocolate/candy melt mixture and if so in what and for how long?

It's a shame my cake bites were too gooey because I love the mixture of the candy melts and 100% chocolate. It's very shiney and not bitter at all, poured perfectly, set perfectly and looks great!

I freeze chocolate all the time. Be sure it is tightly wrapped and remove all the wrapping BEFORE you start to defrost. One little hint of moisture may make it seize.
