Hi all,
I was wondering if it is ok for me to make some mmf decorations now for 2 cakes next week? 1 is due on the 30th, and 1 is due on the 2nd of Aug. Will the mmf go bad if I make the decorations and store them in the fridge or in a covered container? Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

It should be fine so long as it's kept air tight.

I often make MMF and put in a zip lock bag and freeze it...works great! Just take it out the night before I need it and let it thaw and come to room temp

I would think being in the fridge so long would make them melt a bit over time. I have always let them air dry in a cool dark place to preserve the colors. They always soften back up a bit after being on buttercream for a while. I also have too many . icon_rolleyes.gif

My last message was cut off..lol It was supposed to read... I have too many hands in the fridge and freezer on a regular basis at my house to keep anything safe.
