Apparently, the woman form Teaneck, NJ selling the apple cakes made her mortgage payment! The HD said that what she did was illegal, but the Hilton Hotel in nearby Hasbrouck Heights allowed her to use their kitchen, and she then was able to produce 10 cakes (instead of 2) AT A TIME!
