hey all i was asked to make four mini cheesecakes each with a different flavor. I have never made a cheese cake before so im not sure what to charge and suggestions

i would charge the same way as for cakes - work out the cost of ingredients, the cost of extras (power, clingfilm etc etc etc), cos tof your time = price.
