I thought that Ganache was what most people use for that decadent chocoalte mouselike filling for layer cakes...I tried making it and it wasn't very sweet.

Can you tell me recipes, etc. to use for a great tasting sweet chocolate filling to use in layer cakes...other than just buttercream?

Thanks,

I use whipped ganache for filling and it's very rich. People seem to like chocolate pudding also. Or a nice chocolate mousse.

Go to the recipes section, and search for "chocolate" in the "Filling" category. That's how I find new and interesting recipes that I may have not thought of otherwise. Good luck!
