I am making a tiered cake with stairs, fountains, the whole bit in September and the bride wants a hexagon cake. This will be my first time doing a hexagon cake and I can't find hexagon cake plates with pillars anywhere. What do you guys use or do you know somewhere that I can find hexagon shaped cake plates?

I'm just giving myself a bump because I really need to know what to do with these hexagon cakes if I can't find hexagon cake plates. I'm afraid it will look stupid and take away from the shape of the cake if I use round or square plates.

You can find it on this page. There is a hex support system. It's in the middle of the page. When you are looking it will say petal.....and then hex. So just look for the hex and pic out the sizes that you need.

The only bad thing is that you have to place a minimum order of $35.
