Maybe I am more inexperienced in life and baking then I thought but I truely have no idea on this one! I found a recipe that calls for 3/8 Cup?l HOw do I do that I don'e have that measuring cup....is there a 1/8 C or something my set doesn't have?
Or does anyone know what I can use to get this amount?

Thanks for any and all help! I totally feel dumb on this one!

Half of a 1/4 cup measurement is 1/8....so if you need 3/8 cup....just measure out your 1/4 cup measurment 1 full time and then another measurement of half of that 1/4 cup. icon_confused.gif Hope that makes sense.

3/8th is 6 Tablespoons.

I do have an 1/8th measuring cup, but it didn't come in a set, I picked it up somewhere along the way. Pyrex also makes a small measuring class that is marked with teaspoons, tablespoons (up to 10 I think) and oz. I like it for small liquid amounts.

Or for liquids 3/8 cup = 3 ounces.

A standard coffee measure is 2 tablespoons = 1/8 cup. I think most of us have at least one of those in the house.
