What is a good shortening to use? I have crisco, but it leaves such a greasy taste and feeling. I live in a small town, so I don't have a lot of choices or alternatives. Any help would be great.
What are you using it for? I always use Crisco.....BC? The cake? Fondant?
I'm using it for BC. Are there any good recipes for frosting that don't use shortening at all.
