Im making a luau themed cake inspired by many people here on this site . my question is the following my bottom tier will be surrounded by cookie piroulines can I refrigerate the cake with them on ? Will the cookies get soggy?

any advice will help, I will be short on yime in the mornng but I guess if I have too I will do it in the morning.
