Hi all,
I'm looking for a little insight. I will be making 400 chocolate covered oreos for wedding favors. For anyone that has made a large quantity, can you give me an idea on how much chocolate is needed? I will be using the Spinning Leaf "heart" molds. I will be using chocolate wafers.
