I found the manual to this baby FINALLY! The lady I got it from said there wasn't one, but it was taped to the back. Duh?
Anyway, any tips on using it? She said cut either the time or the temp by 25%, does that sound right? Anyone have any inside tips??

That's sounds about right. No insider tips. You might need to shield things from the fan like cream puffs--maybe not. Keep a pan of water in there is another idea.
