I'm planning my daughter's birthday party, which will be a cake theme. I'd love to have a cupcake themed cake as well.

I do NOT want a cupcake (pull-apart) cake though. I want a regular round pan cake, but with a cupcake theme. Does anyone have ANY ideas?

You could do a cute mega-cupcake, using the Wilton giant cupcake pan:
