I never work with fondant .I want to start with fondant decorating and put them on a cake frost with buttercream .Before i start coveing cakes with fondant thank you

How do i stick them on a cake frost with buttercream? I have wilton fondant i cound start with before i try to make my own thank you

Most of the time I can stick them directly on the buttercream and they stay, as long as they're not too heavy. You could use a little dab of buttercream or royal icing if the buttercream is too crusted, though. I just push them into my crusted buttercream, because underneath is wet enough to help them "stick".
