Hi Everyone!
I have been searching near and far for recipes for low-protein cakes that will stand up to fondant! I am making my brother's wedding cake and his fiance has a condition where she can't have much protein (if any). So, I am going to make the frosting/filling with coconut milk, but need help finding a recipe that is low-protein! IF any of you have any ideas, I'd appreciate any and ALL suggestions! Thanks so much!
