I'm in the middle of decorating a bridal shower cake, the carrot cake I made is very moist. I took it out of the freezer last night, and it looks really wet. I'm worried about this, I have heard horror stories of the frosting falling off, it has to travel 4 hours away. Should I wait a while in hopes it will dry up a bit, I have fans blowing on it now, any other ideas, thanks

i hope it turned out ok. id have let it come to room temp, and let the surface moisture evaporate off. i dont think you would need to worry about the actual cake being moist inside then, hopefully!
