Help! I am doing a gizmo cake for my brother's birthday and I am having heaps of trouble with the ears. I made one set and all they want to do is fall off and crack. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I even tried to cut small slits in the side of the teddy bears head and glue them in and that is what caused them to crack.

Any help would be greatly appreciated... thanks
