I placed an order for ivory pillars and I was very excited to have found ivory pillars to match the ivory cake I will be making. Today I got a phone call that all ivory pillars are discontinued. Are there no ivory pillars any more? I don't want to use white pillars on an ivory cake. Is that my only option?

Is it still food safe if you spray paint them ivory? Does anyone know?

You could cover the white ones in fondant to match the ivory color, or wrap in a coordinating ribbon.

You could handpaint your white pillars with ivory royal icing.

Thank you for all your great ideas. I love the ribbon idea and I think Royal icing would work perfectly. Thanks again.
