I am looking for a strawberry filling that I can use in WASC cake that will be frozen after crumb coating. Groom does not want cream cheese Any ideas??

WASC is white almond sour cream......it's the best & can be changed up with different flavoring & different mixes, look in the recipe section.

i love this. im in az too and its fine not being refrigerated. i refrigerate it to get it to cool and thicken faster.

what i like to do is mix my buttercream with smuckers simply fruit seedless strawberry spread. the mixture is delicious and tastes just like a strawberry milkshake! i'm not sure if that'll help anyone since its more like a strawberry buttercream, but i hope it does bc its soooo yummy!

I make the fresh strawberry filling as the other person has posted. I , then make smbc and add this to it. DELICIOUS!!!!!! You can use any fruit this way. raspberries, blueberries,etc.
