Do you give your brides a bridal package? What does it include? I'm thinking cake cutting guide, copy of contract, timeline of what brides need to do starting at like 3 months out from wedding. Maybe a list of local vendors. What else? What all is included your package or if you had one what would you put in it? Thanks ladies I just love hearing what everyone had to say.

Does your package include a big sign, in bold red letters, saying,

"Payment Due By ____________ No Cash No Cake"?

After reading the threads here and on other forums the past few months, it might make a handy addition. Perhaps print it on a big sheet of Post-It, so they can hang it on their fridge, or stick it to their checkbook.

No joke, folks. I feel so bad for our members who have to struggle to get their payments, many being defaulted on.

I ever thought of it as a "package", but at the end of a consultation, a bride leaves with:
her cake samples,
an invoice with a price good for 7 days,
hopefully a copy of her signed contract,
business cards for other vendors in my referral network,
a copy of the local bridal magazine I get for free because I'm an advertiser,
and a totebag with my biz logo and website.
