Low-Sugar/no Sugar Frosting Recipe????

A friend of mine has aked me to make her son his 1st birthday cake. She has also requested that the frosting be a low-sugar frosting. Does anyone have such a recipe that still tastes good and something that I can work with to decorate the cake?

If you take a large tub of cool whip and slowly ad a small package of instant pudding (flavor of your choice) while mixing with a blender it makes a really delicious frosting. HTH
