Cake On It's Side....how Do I ??

hey everyone. I have to make a wedding cake and they are presents stacked but one is on it's side kind of leaning on the other ones and I don't know how to do that one? Is it even real? She's a member here...and it seems like somewhere on the comments she states that that is styrofoam. I'll see if I can find it for you.

i have a picture in my photos of the lingerie box. the lid looks like this .. and it is styrofoam. covered in fondant/g/p mixed.. hth
