I have a KA 10 speed mixer. At what speed do most of you cream your butter and sugar in your KA mixer. Right now I'm at #4. Is this fast enough or should i go to speed 6 to whip up more air. I don't think I'm creaming enough. Sometimes my cakes sink when i take them out of the oven. Also, do you turn down to stir speed when you add your eggs?
