Is there a book or tutorial for gelantin flowers can't find in you tube.

Also, what classes did you sign up for in ICES? or what new cake decorating technique do you want to learn?

Texas thanks for sharing. Do you or anyone know a website or book to make gelantin flowers (I prefer a book because I am deaf).

Any other cc members want to share classes they signed up for?

Stacie, unless I am mixing up my names I believe Loucinda does gelatin bows and may be able to help you with where to find good how to's for the flowers.

I love Chicago. Had a great time Downtown chicago. Visited bakeries and local shopping areas here. The chocolate walking tour was great too.

The people are here in Chicago are great and helpful.

Looking forward to the demos and cake gallery. Saturday night our geneva friends are taking us out to onesti restaurant dinner club.

Has anyone tried to sell their banquet tickets. If you can't did you donate it?

Chicago, St. Charles wonderful city.

We visited a Jazz club Tuesday night after dinner in Chicago. I couldn't hear the music (I'm deaf) but watching the musicians perform I know these musicians were performing from their heart

The drummer even let me touch the drums while he played. I was a bit nervous. One of the highlights of my trip.

Hope to see you all Thursday morning.

I have sold mine in the past. I really wish we had the option of not buying them like we did two years ago. I was told when I registered that they did not have any more banquet tickets to sell so you may be able to find some takers for them. I had planned to sell mine, but I did bring a dress in case I decided to go. Guess I better decide.

If you want to sell it I would post it on the message board for anyone looking for one.
