WONDERFUL NEWS!!!!!!!! I just passed my home kitchen inspection!!!I'm LEGAL now!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!
I can now be called
"Susan's Cake Creations"!!!!!!

Thanks to everyone (especailly jammjenks!) who helped me through this process.........the inspection wasn't bad at all; in fact, it was sort of pleasant!!!!!!

YAY YAY YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope to also do the same, but I am having the hardest time getting answers....so, on that note, does any one out there know the ins and outs of a home bakery in Brooklyn, New York??? Called dept of ag and got the run around...same in NYC....there must be a straight line process??? Please HELP....
