I'd like to do a gelatin angelfish for a birthday cake this weekend and I'm wondering if I can set my gelatin on saran wrap as I don't have any transfer sheets. I'm hoping it will release properly from that as well. Any ideas?

I know people have done it on a silpat - so I would think it would work - try it and see!
