I'd like to do a gelatin angelfish for a birthday cake this weekend and I'm wondering if I can set my gelatin on saran wrap as I don't have any transfer sheets. I'm hoping it will release properly from that as well. Any ideas? detective.gif

Maybe you can use acetate sheets...

4This may sound silly, but I'm not sure what that is. icon_redface.gif

Think transparency sheets for overhead projectors. They're sturdier than plastic wrap. They can be a little hard to get hold of, depending on where you are, so what about using one of those plastic "sheet protectors" that you get for printed notes for notebooks, and sliding a piece of cardstock or construction paper in it for rigidity? You can even slide your design template right on in there.
