Is there any tricks to harden fondant faster? Putting in the fridge, does that work. I am making a loop bow for a cake for tomorrow, I made one earlier this week but my baby girl got ahold of it and broke it. So now I have to figure out something to get this bow made faster. Thanks for any advice.

putting it in the fridge is a bad idea. it cause condensation to form when you take it out and the humidity of the fridge won't make it harden any faster. next time you should either make it in advance and allow sufficient drying time or use modeling paste or gumpaste.

you can add some tyclose powder to it to make it harder or add gum paste.
