I am trying to make a white chocolate ganache. I used heavy cream, sugar and butter heated up to just a boil. Took off of heat and poured in my white chocolate chips. It is not thick and I have it in the freezer hoping it will firm up. I'm using it as a filling. I'm afraid it won't firm up. Can anyone help? Did I do something wrong?? Can I add something to it to firm it up....?

I'm not familiar with your recipe. Try adding melted chocolate and stir it. I've done it with runny ganache and it turned out fine.

Thanks for your help! It turned ok and firmed up in the fridge but I think it had something to do with using the chips instead of the bar chocolate I used before. THe bar chocolate is more thick and spreadable whereas this was very runny.
