I need to make a cake for border patrol. The color is a dark army like green. I used wilton juniper green, but it's just not hard enough. I don't want to add anymore cause I don't want it to mess up the BC taste. Can I add a little of another color to help?

You can add a little brown or a little black. Test with a small amount of icing before you alter the entire batch.

Add brown to green.

Thanks everyone. I ended up having to add brown & black to get the color just right. I love to decorate cakes, but I'm not an artist so color mixing is sometimes difficult for me.
