I can't find my scale to measure my Amoretti flavors so does anyone know how much I would use for one cake mix? I have the Vanillin (2 fold) or the Crema Di Vanilla Industrial Compd. Not sure which one I will use. I have to make vanilla cupcakes and I am using a white cake mix.

Any help would be great...Thanks!
