I am making IndyDebi's buttercream and I was wondering if you can use water instead of milk. I can't use milk due to allergies. Also, if you use milk, do you have to refridgerate the cake?
I am visiting my parents on vacation and made some cupcakes for a 4th of July party with Indydebi's recipe. Unfortunately, we had run out of milk! So, yes, I used water and it still tasted great.
