I remember there being a whole thread on ganache under fondant and can not find it, so if the answer to this was in there I will apologize ahead of time. I am looking for a good peanut butter ganache recipe. I want to make the cake chocolate and fill and cover it with pb ganache. I've found so many recipes that call for just chocolate (assuming i could use the pb morsels for this) and cream, then many that call for a list of ingredients. I have never made ganache so this will be a first and I would like to get it right or as close to as possible. Thank you in advance for any help.

I have made ganache once and I used the chocolate chip morsels. I think the peanut butter morsels will be fine. Give it a try

I would use the PB morsels, but would probably go to the white chocolate recipe. Look it up, but I think regular chocolate is 2 parts to one part cream and white is 3 parts to one part cream.

Thank you both for the info. Going to try it this weekend.
