Does anyone else have this problem?? Lately, when I do cupcakes and I set them out to cool, the papers pull away from the cupcake!!! UGH!! I have to know what to do to stop this and I can't figure it out!! Please let me know if you have experienced this issue and/or what you do to STOP IT!!!
Thanks so much!

I've discovered if I take my cupcakes out the MOMENT they are done (almost underdone), then let sit in the pan no longer than 5 minutes, the papers stay on nicely. I think baking too long (by just a minute or two) causes the cupcakes to shrink as well as the outside to form a crust that the papers refuse to stick to.

I hope you figure it out soon.

In the meantime, can you peel off the papers, then set the cupcakes in new liners?

I figured out that I am not putting enough batter in the papers. Redid some yesterday and put more batter and guess what!!?? The papers didn't pull away!
