Does it need to be refridgerated? I have an order for chocolate mousse filling and the cake is covered w/ MMF and has MMF accents. Does this need to be refridgerated or can it stay out for a couple of hours? Thanks for any replies.

If you are using heavy cream in your recipe it should be refrigerated.
