I'm trying to figure my costs. Does anyone know how many cups of granulated sugar are in 5 lbs, or 1 lb? I could get out the measuring cup, but I'd rather be on Cake Central and I thought someone here probably already knows the answer.

approx 2 cups granulated sugar to a pound

approx 4 cups powdered sugar to a pound

flour is approx 4cups = pound
