I just made a wedding cake here is too dry so I added little more of liquid, when cutting the cake it crumbles so bad that it made just a mess.. it taste really good. I made homemade cakes!! Please advise
You know, me and you are on the same boat. I just posted a topic on the same thing. I never had a problem before now it's just a mess. I use BC mix though. I love it over all the other mixes, but I don't know what's happening. My cakes are not dry, on the contrary too moist. I love moist cake just don't want it to crumble.
