Does anyone have a good buttercream recipe that uses High Ratio shortening? Can you use half butter and can you use it in a crusting buttercream recipe? I make gourmetcakes' crusting buttercream recipe with crisco. Can you use high ratio instead of criscoin that recipe? Thanks.
