I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I can't find anything about it.

Does anyone have a recipe where I can make a very small batch of MMF...like say, using only 1 cup of marshmallows?

I do that all the time! I found the recipe here on CC but can't remember where or whose it is.
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 tbsp water
1 1/2 - 1 1/3 cup powdered sugar
Mix it the same as if you were doing the full batch
