I really needed my fondant this week, so I ordered it shipped by 2-day air. When I called to make sure they had gotten the order (as per the email said to do for 2-day air orders), they said that MD was only 2 days away from them anyway. So, they shipped it ground and refunded me the $33 difference between ground and air. I have been happy with all of my orders from them, but this was above and beyond, so I thought I'd share it with all of you.

Lucky you - I've had 2 recent bad deliveries and am still waiting to get it resolved w/GSA. Mind you I already told them I needed the 1 item for a cake this week and still don't have it.
