I need help.My cake seperates from the pan (and shrink)as soon as it's done.Oven was not opened during baking.I am doing scratch cake and I do not know what i'M doing wrong.PLS HELP.
There is a few reasons why this happens. But the two biggest ones are
over mixing your cake or an oven that is too hot, or even too much time in the oven.
Definitely sounds like overbaking to me.
