I have leftover custard & raspberry fillings (that have been in the fridge). I made them June 27th. Do you think they are still ok to use??

have you tried it? if it still tastes and smells ok, then i guess you can still use it but of course just for personal use, not for clients cake. icon_wink.gif

I wouldn't use the custard one for me or anyone else. The raspberry one I would consider as long as it had no eggs or dairy product in it.

ETA: aaaaaaand it would also depend on HOW the raspberry filling was made. Truly, 10 days is a LONG time for any fresh made filling to remain in the refrigerator.
