have any of you taken classes at Spun Sugar in Berkeley? They have a two day Gum Paste, Fondant class and I wonder if any one has taken it and know how good the instructor is. It is fairly expensive and is 3 hours away from my house and don't want to sign up if it is a bad class. Does anyone have any experience with classes at this store? I live between Lake Tahoe and Sacramento, so maybe there are classes in Sacramento that are also good. Any ideas?
