so exactly that....
'
snails, puppies, bits and pieces of "treasures" a boy would find and stuff in the pocket (only for mom to discover when doing the laundry -- oh my! a frog!"
celebrating all things "boy" -- old fashioned kick the can, play in the mud, rope swing over the swimmin' hole, snakes, and pirate forts and.....
a more innocent time sadly stolen by modern society and technology.
It's a nursery rhyme: What are little boys made of, snakes and snails and puppy dog tails. What are little girls made of, sugar and spice and everything nice.
What about a tiered cake with anything and everthing boys like. Sports, dogs, snakes, frogs, mus puddles, etc...Make the bottom tier green like the ground and the top blue then decorate.
Hi,
I just uploaded a snakes, snails and puppy dog tails cake to my profile that I made a couple months ago. It has fondant decorations around the sides and baby shoes on top.
did you ever make this cake? if so do you have a pic of how it turned out? I have a cake to do with the same theme and i am stumped. Thanks! Stacey
This was the theme for my Daughter's Baby Shower, and my Grandson's bedroom. If you look in my photo you can see what I came up with. I hope you come up with something.
