I have been making/selling cakes out of my home and I was wondering if anyone else in nj is doing the same thing? I somehow feel like I am going to get in trouble........

In the state of NJ it IS illegal to sell cakes out of your home. You must use a licensed kitchen or have a licensed storefront. That being said, there are a LOT of bakers in NJ doing just that.. selling cakes made at home. It is totally up to you. Some folks on here have been trying to change the laws though, so someday it may be ok.
