hi all,
i have to make 30 hello kitty cupcakes for my nieces birthday party,
i was thinking that i would ice them in royal icing then pipe on the hello kitty face.
my question is after i make the royal icing can i refrigrate it? and if so for how long?
i was going to make the bows and such tonight and have them dry out for saturday. but if i can make all the icing ahead of time that would be great.

Hi, as far as I know, you cannot store royal icing in the fridge. icon_smile.gif
