My first attempt at making Chocolate icing did not go very well at all. The consistency came out as FUDGE!!!!!! You will see in my pic that when I threw it out of the container it literally dropped from the container in the SHAPE of it!!!!. I put a knife in it to show how stiff it was. How hilarious!!! I took a good nights sleep and adjusted a few ingredients and it came out as "smooth as butter"!! I thought this was funny and figured I would share.....
Whoa that is some thick frosting! How did that happen? Lots of powdered sugar?
