Today I attempted to make the Vanilla Bean Pound Cake recipe into cupcakes...it tastes okay, but they came out sunken in. I've never had this problem with cupcakes and I can't figure out what I did wrong. I followed the recipe exactly...except I cut it in half... I was starting to think there was not enough baking powder, but it seems like 1 tsp to 1 cup flour is about right??? If anyone has ANY advice, please send it my way. I need to have a good vanilla cake recipe for this weekend TIA
